  • Customer identification will be provided for the immediate start of the support.
  • White collar service with 1000 or more hours.
  • Includes Further Support to Microsoft Product Support Services.
  • Hourly rate of USD $150 hour + tax is applicable.

Emergency Support Services:

  • No need to buy hours and just engage us during the emergency or disaster or outage.
  • First Time customers will take some extra time to setup.
  • Includes Further Support to Microsoft Product Support Services.
  • Issue prevention Guidance and Recommendations.
  • Hourly of USD $250 hour + tax is applicable.
